06 Apr Divorced!!! Welcome to Your Resurrected Life
Today all through Christendom, Good Friday was commemorated, marking the day Jesus died on the cross.
But as we all know, Christians and Non Christians alike, three days later Jesus rose again from the dead on the third day – the resurrection – which is now known worldwide as Easter Sunday.
Your marriage or long term relationship is over and you feel dead inside. You may be feeling hopeless, dejected, confused, rejected, lonely and a host of other negative feelings – but there is light at the end of this dark tunnel. Your better days are ahead of you, it might not feel like it now but trust me on this; I have also been on this journey – although on a much, much earlier train. I didn’t know it at the time but, there was hope in future and there is definitely hope in your future too. Hard as it may be, try to consider this as a wonderful opportunity to learn from the experience and grow into a stronger, wiser person.
You may see just dead emptiness in your life right now, but just like the story of Good Friday, it doesn’t mean that nothing is happening in the background and that things will not get better. This is a period of transition, a time for sowing the seeds for new growth – and trust me, you will emerge from this transformational experience knowing yourself better, feeling stronger and falling in love with YOU all over again. Metaphorically speaking, early Sunday morning on the third day – the tomb will be rolled away and the life you thought was once empty and dead after divorce will come alive again.
So leave your past in the past and dare to believe in a resurrected life where you are reignited to climb more heights and reinvented into a better and more unique version of YOU.
Choose to Believe that you indeed have such a promising future and your healing will begin. The end result – a reconnection with your positive sense of self worth and the chance to Live the abundant life you so deserve.
Divorce is certainly not the end or the death of your life but the start of something refreshingly new, re-energised and revived.
Welcome to your resurrection
